Hey, I’m Phoebe, a qualified Matt Pilates Bare Body Instructor passionate about helping women feel confident, strong, and balanced.

With a fresh, supportive approach and uplifting energy, I create classes that fit your lifestyle and your body. Phoebe brings a warm, uplifting energy to every class and just the right amount of burn.

Trained through Barre Body Australia, her classes combine feel-good flows with deep, intentional movement.

I fell in love with Pilates for its ability to ground the mind while challenging the body – a moment to switch off from the noise of the day and reconnect.
